This course contains theoretical and practical materials on organisational culture, business communication, the main characteristics and reasons of conflicts in organisations, exit strategies and stress management. 

About

The course aims at shaping the complex knowledge on the theory and methodology of organisational conflict management and stress management, forming practical skills of using different conflict resolution techniques which learners can further use in their professional activities. In addition to theoretical information, many practical tasks and cases are provided by the authors of this course. Course teaching staff include conflict scientists, a psychologist, a mediator, and a specialist in differential psychology. Students will learn the latest techniques in managing organizational conflicts, negotiating,neuro-linguistic programming, and stress management. This course will be useful for all managers and students studying this discipline.

Coping Strategies. Interview with a Certified Personality Typologist. Socionics, Human Design, Psychosophy and other Techniques for Forming Anti-stress Behavior

6. Current Trends in Conflict Management. Rules for Successful Negotiations. Stress Management Techniques in the Modern World. Viewing and Analyzing Fragments from the Movie “The Devil Wears Prada” (Directed by David Frankel, 2006).

Students will learn the latest techniques in managing organizational conflicts, negotiating,neuro-linguistic programming, and stress management.

The discipline is aimed at the formation of universal competencies of students in the educational programs of the bachelor's / specialist's degree, as well as other competencies provided for by the educational program.
