Russian is considered to be one of the world's most difficult languages. This course is aimed at helping those who are interested in understanding the basics of Russian language. Every unit of the course consists of several parts explaining vocabulary, phonetics (pronunciation), grammar, and provides examples of simple dialogues in Russian

About

Upon completion of the course students will have learned: the structure of simple narrative and interrogative sentences; the formation of Russian names; the three genders of nouns; the difference between Russian adjectives and adverbs, and their uses; the use of verbs in the Present and Past tense as well as their conjugation.

The course contains more than 100 new words and conversational phrases providing the learner with a basic vocabulary for everyday communication.

1.2. Learn how to ask simple questions using the interrogative words Кто? Что? Где?

1.3. Learn how to ask and answer simple questions about the location of an object or person.

2.1. Learn how to start a conversation in Russian.

2.2. Learn how to exchange greetings and get acquainted.

2.3. Learn the form of Russian names (first name + patronimy + last name).

2.4. Learn how to use personal pronouns in Russian.

2.5. How to tell about one`s profession.

3.1. How to tell about your home country, mother tongue and nationality.

3.2. How to name members of your family.

3.3. How to use personal pronouns in the Genitive in the construction "У меня есть...".

3.4. How to describe an object or person using adjectives in Russian.

4.1. Learn how to pronounce the days of the week in Russian

4.2. Learn how to use Russian verbs in the Present and Past tense

4.3. Learn the conjugation of some Russian verbs

4.4. Learn how to use the Accusative case in Russian language
